Stock locate revenue rose to $6.8 million from approximately $300,000 in fiscal 2025, while commission revenue increased 56% to $9.3 million.

AtlasClear reported an operating loss of $9.8 million compared with $4.9 million in fiscal 2025, as operating expenses increased to $29.8 million from $15.8 million.

The company reported net income of $2 million, or $0.02 per share, compared with $5.8 million, or $0.96 per share, in fiscal 2025, which included an $11.1 million non-cash gain related to earnout liabilities.
