The company also expects interest income of approximately $1.8 million, bringing projected total revenue plus interest income to about $21.9 million, compared with $12.9 million in the prior fiscal year.
Commission revenue is projected to increase about 56% to $9.3 million, while stock locate fees are expected to reach approximately $6.8 million from $0.3 million in fiscal 2025, representing about 34% of total revenues.
AtlasClear provides financial services through its broker-dealer operations, including trading infrastructure and clearing-related services for market participants.
The company expects net income of approximately $2 million, cash and cash equivalents of about $15.4 million, stockholders’ equity of approximately $21.1 million and total liabilities of roughly $50.1 million as of June 30, 2026, while its AtlasClearing broker-dealer subsidiary reported net capital of approximately $14.4 million.
