Aeries Technology revenue reaches $21.9 million after 43% increase

Aeries Technology (NASDAQ:AERT) reported Q1 FY2027 revenue of $21.9 million, up 43% year over year, while net income increased to $2.2 million.

Revenue growth included a $2.7 million contribution from a previously disclosed customer buyout, while operating income increased to $3.4 million and operating cash flow reached $4.8 million.

Adjusted EBITDA increased to $4.1 million from the prior-year period, with margin expanding to 18.6%, while revenue increased across North America to $18.6 million and Asia Pacific/Other regions to $3.3 million.

Elsewhere, Aeries launched AxAI, an agentic artificial intelligence solution designed to complement its AeriesOne platform, as the company expanded its technology offerings.

The company repurchased more than 10% of its outstanding common stock and completed a 1-for-8 share consolidation during the quarter as part of its capital allocation actions.

Aeries also maintained FY2027 guidance of $80 million–$84 million in revenue and $10 million–$12 million in adjusted EBITDA while continuing investments in AI and technology services.
