Aeries Technology (NASDAQ:AERT), a global professional services and consulting partner specializing in digital transformation and AI-led solutions, reported results for its third fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2025.

Revenue totaled $17.5 million for the quarter, with net income of $1.2 million.

Adjusted EBITDA reached $2.5 million, representing a 14.1% margin.

Operating cash flow was approximately $2.4 million.

Following the quarter's performance, the company raised its full-year fiscal 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to $7 million–$8 million, reflecting continued momentum in client engagements, automation initiatives, and expansion in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.

For fiscal 2027, Aeries issued an initial outlook projecting revenue of $80 million–$84 million and adjusted EBITDA of $10 million–$12 million, driven by ongoing GCC market penetration, enhanced automation capabilities, and strong client program execution.
