
ACCO Brands adds $100 million Trust business
- ACCO Brands agreed to acquire Trust, a computer and gaming accessories company generating approximately $100 million in annual revenue.
- The purchase price was not disclosed, and ACCO’s latest available share price before the announcement was $4.32.
- ACCO says the acquisition will bring its technology peripherals business to approximately $500 million in pro forma annual sales and generate $5–$8 million of cost synergies.
ACCO Brands (NYSE:ACCO) agreed to acquire Trust from Egeria, adding a computer and gaming peripherals business generating approximately $100 million in annual revenue.
The acquisition follows ACCO’s purchase of EPOS and is part of the company’s strategy to increase its exposure to technology accessories alongside Kensington and PowerA.
ACCO expects $5–$8 million of cost synergies within 18 months, modest adjusted EPS accretion during year one, and closing in late Q3 or early Q4.
ACCO says Trust will lift its technology peripherals portfolio to approximately $500 million in pro forma annual sales across retail, online and B2B channels.
ACCO previously agreed to buy EPOS for $11.7 million in December 2025, adding a business that generated approximately $80 million in annual revenue.
