ACCO Brands reported its fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results on Monday, highlighting a resilient bottom line and expansion in gaming accessories despite a broader slowdown in global demand for traditional office products.
The company announced that net sales for the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, 2025, were $428.8 million, a 4.3% decrease from the $448.1 million reported in the same period in 2024.
On a comparable basis, sales declined 7.8%, a reflection of softer global demand for the company’s core school and office categories.
However, the downturn was partially mitigated by a $15.8 million favorable impact from foreign exchange and continued momentum in the company's gaming accessories segment.
For the full year 2025, net sales totaled $1.525 billion, down 8.5% from $1.666 billion in 2024.
Management attributed the annual decline to a combination of weaker consumer spending and tariff-related disruptions that impacted supply chain consistency throughout the fiscal year.
Operating income for the fourth quarter came in at $40 million, compared to $42 million in the prior year.
