The list includes Canada, the UK, India, Nigeria, Morocco, Algeria and Bangladesh.
ZachXBT reportedly said he would “likely automatically reject” future requests from those regions.
He plans to restrict some support services through an upcoming website, but details remain unclear.
The proposed restrictions are based on his personal experiences handling cases involving victims from those locations.
ZachXBT has not published data showing how many cases came from each jurisdiction or their outcomes.
The proposal is not a government ban, and victims can still report thefts to authorities, exchanges and regulators.
