ZachXBT alleges BlockDAG funds mixed with ZKP

Share

On-chain investigator ZachXBT has alleged that presale funds tied to BlockDAG Network and ZKP were pooled together and partially redirected into influencer promotions and gambling-related marketing activity.

ZachXBT claimed blockchain tracing indicated that at least $25 million from the two presales moved interchangeably through multiple wallets before being bridged, transferred to exchanges and routed toward promotional payouts linked to Spartans and entities associated with Gurhan Kiziloz.

The investigator alleged the projects did not disclose to investors that presale funds could be reused across separate businesses or ventures, raising concerns over treasury transparency and fund segregation.

The allegations build on earlier scrutiny surrounding BlockDAG’s extended token presale and claims that large portions of investor funds were off-ramped through over-the-counter brokers in the Middle East while significant marketing spending continued elsewhere.

Crypto research platforms including CryptoRank and CryptoPotato previously reported on ZachXBT’s allegations that Kiziloz was the real force behind BlockDAG despite the project presenting separate public-facing leadership structures.

ZachXBT also identified wallet clusters he described as linked to BlockDAG, ZKP and Spartans influencer payment operations while warning investors to avoid all three projects due to concerns over fund handling and promotional practices.

The allegations have not been proven in court, but they add to growing retail investor concerns over withdrawal delays, unclear treasury management and the broader risks associated with heavily marketed crypto presales targeting retail participants.
