Strive, Inc. could finish 2026 as the second-largest public Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC) holder, according to CEO Matt Cole.

The company holds 23,156 BTC after adding 3,156 BTC in August, compared with 136 BTC in July.

Cole said the outcome was possible but not his base case, with several factors needing to support further accumulation.

Strive, Inc. has more than US$700 million in outstanding warrants expiring in mid-October, with a US$27 exercise price.

Following the report, Strive, Inc. shares closed up 10.3% at US$26.82 on 3 September.

The company currently ranks fifth among public Bitcoin treasuries, while Twenty One Capital holds 43,514 BTC in second place.

Strive, Inc. would need to buy about 1,200 BTC weekly for the remaining 17 weeks to overtake Twenty One Capital, assuming no further purchases.

At the time of reporting, Bitcoin price was $80,700.62.
