
Strive reaches 25,000 Bitcoin after US$36.6M buy

Strive has added 469 Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC), taking its holdings to 25,000 BTC worth about US$1.95 billion.
The company has bought the latest Bitcoin at an average price below US$78,000 per coin.
Strive CEO Matt Cole has said all capital raised during the week came through SATA sales.
The company has increased its amplification ratio to 53.5%, meaning preferred stock and debt equal 53.5% of its Bitcoin net asset value.
The latest purchase has slowed from the previous week, when Strive bought 1,375 Bitcoin for about US$109 million.
Strive has become the fifth-largest public Bitcoin holder, behind Strategy, Twenty One, Metaplanet and MARA.
Strive shares have risen more than 4% in early trading, reaching a year-to-date high just below US$29, while Cole has said second place remains a potential year-end goal rather than his base case.
At the time of reporting, Bitcoin price was $78,118.96.
