Gemini Space Station signed a non-binding deal with Apex to distribute crypto event contracts through its brokerage network.
The proposed deal would make Gemini Titan the exclusive regulated venue for crypto contracts offered through Apex’s Futures Commission Merchant.
Participating brokerages would use Gemini for execution and clearing under the proposed arrangement.
Apex provides trading and clearing infrastructure to hundreds of financial firms serving tens of millions of investors, according to the company.
Gemini received approval from the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission to operate a designated contract market in December 2025.
The companies already work together on US stock trading, with Apex Clearing providing custody and clearing for Gemini’s equities offering launched in July.
