BitMart has launched a user portal as advisers review its finances and withdrawal arrangements.

Users can submit withdrawal questions, general feedback and potential restructuring proposals through the portal.

BitMart has said the portal does not process individual withdrawals or change account or asset status.

Alvarez & Marsal has been reviewing BitMart’s operations, assets, stakeholder claims and withdrawal arrangements since September 9.

The exchange has also been assessing restructuring options and a possible phased restart of selected operations.

BitMart ended trading services on August 26 after announcing a phased shutdown in July.

The exchange has said it plans to appoint an independent third party to oversee operations and safeguard assets during the review.
