BitGo names ex-Exodus executive compliance chief

BitGo Holdings has appointed Alex Rozman as chief compliance officer, effective September 21.

Rozman will oversee BitGo’s global compliance and financial crime programmes across its regulated businesses.

“Alex is a key addition to BitGo’s leadership team as we aim to scale the business and drive innovation globally,” said Mike Belshe, CEO and Co-founder of BitGo.

Rozman joins from Exodus Movement, where he served as chief compliance officer from May 2024.

He previously led global compliance at Polygon Technology and financial crime compliance at CLS Bank International.

BitGo reported 5,833 clients and $65.2 billion in assets on its platform during the second quarter.

The appointment comes after BitGo expanded its institutional business through its August acquisition of NYDIG’s institutional trading operation.
