Bitget Wallet adds 130 xStocks equities
Bitget Wallet said it integrated Kraken-backed xStocks infrastructure, giving its 90 million users access to more than 130 tokenised stocks and ETFs through its self-custodial wallet platform.
The company said the integration expands its tokenised real-world asset suite to more than 300 products, including tokenised equities, commodities, precious metals and index-linked assets.
Bitget Wallet said its tokenised equity products have processed more than $30 billion in transaction volume since launching in 2025, while the products remain unavailable in the United States, United Kingdom and other restricted jurisdictions.
The company said the launch supports both request-for-quote and automated market maker liquidity models, enabling zero-fee trading and gasless execution for tokenised asset transactions.
Bitget Wallet said users can access tokenised equities and other real-world assets through the same interface used for crypto trading and storage while retaining custody of their private keys and funds, while xStocks is now operated by Payward, the parent company of Kraken, following its acquisition of Backed Finance in late 2025.
Competition in tokenised equities has accelerated in recent months after Coinbase launched stock perpetual futures for international users, while Kraken expanded xStocks with bundled crypto-and-equity investment products and tokenised equity perpetual futures for non-US clients.
Data from RWA.xyz shows the tokenised equities market has grown to nearly $1.5 billion, with Ondo Finance leading the sector with roughly $883 million in represented asset value ahead of xStocks at about $391.5 million.
