Binance will reopen withdrawals for additional assets from 04:00 UTC on 3 November, expanding access following its security incident.
The move follows an initial reopening phase on 1 November, which restored withdrawals for selected networks and assets.
“Binance will bear the financial impact of the stolen funds,” the Binance team said, confirming customers will not absorb the losses.
The exchange is prioritising assets based on customer withdrawal demand recorded over the previous week.
Each network and asset will undergo security and readiness checks before withdrawals resume, with availability restored progressively.
Binance confirmed deposit services remain open and will not be affected by the latest withdrawal restrictions.
The exchange warned that high traffic could cause temporary delays or longer processing times during the reopening.
The phased restoration will continue as Binance completes security checks and prepares additional assets for withdrawal access.
