Binance scheduled the first phase of withdrawal services for 1 November, following its security incident and temporary suspension.
The initial reopening window runs from 06:00 to 09:00 UTC, with additional networks returning after security checks.
โAs we have said throughout this incident: user funds remain safe. Binance will absorb the financial impact of the stolen funds, not our users,โ said the Binance Team.
The exchange has now covered approximately 95% of the affected amount, up from 90% previously, using company resources.
The remaining 5% involves tokens outside the ten major assets, which require longer sourcing times due to lower market liquidity.
Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), BNB (BNB), Solana (SOL), USD Coin (USDC), XRP (XRP), USD1 (USD1), Ripple USD (RLUSD) and Zcash (ZEC) balances remain fully backed at 100%.
Binance continues purchasing outstanding assets through market and over-the-counter channels while working with law enforcement and industry partners to trace stolen funds.
The phased reopening restores withdrawal access while Binance continues its recovery efforts and strengthens platform security.
