- Arbitrum has joined Global Dollar Network as a network partner, with USDG now natively issued on Arbitrum One.
- Arbitrum One has processed nearly 3 billion transactions across almost 90 million addresses, with more than 193,000 verified contracts.
- Global Dollar Network has more than 150 partners and over $3 billion of USDG in circulation.
Arbitrum has joined Global Dollar Network, making Global Dollar (USDG) the default dollar across its DeFi ecosystem.
USDG will support liquidity, lending, derivatives collateral and institutional settlement across Arbitrum One.
Arbitrum One has processed nearly 3 billion transactions across almost 90 million addresses, with more than 193,000 verified contracts deployed.
Businesses can use USDG for trading, collateral, settlement, treasury balances, payments and cross-border transfers.
As a network partner, Arbitrum can participate directly in USDG economics, while eligible businesses can receive rewards for contributing activity.
USDG is issued by Paxos entities under regulatory supervision in Singapore and Europe, with one-to-one US dollar redemption.
Global Dollar Network has more than 150 partners, with USDG also live on Ethereum, Ink, Mantle, Robinhood Chain, Solana and X Layer.
Following the update, USDG was trading unchanged at $1.00.
