Arbitrum (CRYPTO:ARB) has proposed banning three projects after alleged misuse of 457,553 ARB worth about $76,000.

The projects are Good Entry, Limitless and APX Finance, which face separate votes on future ArbitrumDAO participation.

Good Entry received 200,000 ARB, with 142,839 ARB sent to 1,032 users the committee deemed ineligible.

Limitless received 75,000 ARB, swapped the grant for USDC and moved the funds to Base, the committee said.

APX Finance faces findings involving 239,714 ARB, including unreturned funds, late distributions and suspected self-Sybil activity.

The projects have until September 10 to respond, after which separate Snapshot votes could decide whether permanent bans are imposed.

Arbitrum’s Watchdog Program has received 90 reports, recovered about 532,000 ARB and paid roughly 268,000 ARB in reporter rewards since its launch.

At the time of reporting, Arbitrum price was $0.1485.
