AIsa has completed its seed extension round with Tether and HIVEN joining as strategic investors to support its enterprise AI infrastructure.

The San Francisco-based company is building a network that connects enterprise AI agents with external data, AI models, application programming interfaces and software tools.

“Enterprise AI agents need trusted information, useful tools and a governed way to transact,” AIsa Founder and CEO Jordan Liu said in a statement.

The platform combines resource access with usage tracking, billing and settlement, alongside spending limits, approval workflows and audit trails.

Stablecoins could support automated payments between AI agents, including transactions for individual API calls costing as little as US$0.001.

Existing investors include Alibaba, Tribe Capital, Sumitomo Corporation, Draper Associates and Saison Capital, while AIsa has initiated enterprise pilot programmes in research, finance, supply chains and commerce.

AIsa plans to expand its resource network, strengthen enterprise controls and scale transaction infrastructure as businesses explore autonomous AI workflows.

Following the announcement, AIsa’s total funding exceeded US$9 million, supporting its development of infrastructure for enterprise AI agents.
