  • Zenith Minerals returned gold intersections from all eight newly assayed reverse circulation holes at its Dulcie Central target in Western Australia.
  • The company reported a peak result of 6m at 4.14 grammes per tonne gold from 123m depth, including 3 metres at 7.75 grammes per tonne.
  • Zenith stated it expects the remaining assay results in late October before deciding whether to outline a maiden mineral resource estimate on mining lease M77/599.

Zenith Minerals (ASX:ZNC) has intersected gold across eight newly assayed drill holes at its Dulcie Central target in Western Australia, strengthening mineralisation across a 600-metre corridor.

All eight reverse circulation holes at Dulcie Central hit gold between the existing Dulcie North and Dulcie deposits, outperforming the company's previous initial batch of nine reported holes.

“Every Dulcie Central hole assayed so far has intersected gold, with SRRC182 returning the strongest intersection of the programme to date,” said Zenith Minerals Managing Director Andrew Smith.

The 34-hole, 4,601-metre drilling programme yielded a peak intersection of 6 metres at 4.14 grammes per tonne gold from 123m depth, alongside additional results at Scott's Grey, including 4 metres at 3.05 grammes per tonne from 71m depth.

Zenith expects to receive assay results for the remaining 10 outstanding holes in late October before deciding on a potential maiden resource.

Following the announcement, the Zenith Minerals share price was down at $0.073.

The wider Consolidated Dulcie Project currently holds an inferred mineral resource of 21.3 million tonnes, grading 1.0 gramme per tonne gold for 675,000 ounces.

The latest 34-hole campaign was completed on Sept. 16, with Zenith reporting initial results for nine holes in late September, followed by the 15 holes in the recent update.
