Digital marketing company Xamble Group (ASX:XGL) appointed interim CEO Adrian Tan as its permanent CEO effective Oct. 1.
The board changes build on operating momentum from the first half of FY2026, where group revenue grew 16% to $3.6 million.
Outgoing Non-Executive Chair Ganesh Kumar Bangah stepped down to join the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation while transitioning to a board advisor role.
Newly appointed Non-Executive Chair Georg Johann Chmiel will lead the board as the company expands its platform capabilities.
Following the announcement, the Xamble Group share price was unchanged at $0.0070.
The company reported that its underlying EBITDA turned positive in the June quarter, while its net loss narrowed by two-thirds.
Near-term business priorities include converting recent revenue growth into sustainable profits and deepening client relationships across Southeast Asia.
