Xamble Group's (ASX:XGL) loss before tax narrowed by 68% to $0.48 million following operational improvements.

Xamble reported a 16% revenue increase to $3.6 million for the half-year ended June 30 as operating losses reduced sharply.

The $3.6 million revenue results contrast with the $3.2 million delivered in the prior corresponding period, while loss before tax narrowed from $1.5 million.

Financial reports from the company indicate that loss attributable to owners decreased 66% to $0.50 million, supported by a $0.6 million non-cash fair value gain.

Xamble’s Interim CEO Adrian Tan said, “Our regional footprint also continued to grow, with our active influencer community expanding to almost 22,000 creators across seven Southeast Asian markets.”

Specific expenses included $0.1 million in Youths Today integration costs, $0.7 million in technology investments, and $0.836 million in corporate costs.

The business closed the period with cash on hand rising to $1.1 million following a $0.7 million placement completed in May.

Following the announcement, the Xamble Group share price was unchanged at $0.008.

The company operates an influencer marketing platform and social commerce enabler serving businesses across Southeast Asia.
