Voltaic Strategic Resources to fully acquire Bundie Bore Project
- Voltaic Strategic Resources has acquired the remaining 20% interest in the Bundie Bore exploration and prospecting licences to achieve 100% project ownership.
- The transaction was settled via a low-cost, script-based share issue valued at approximately $100,000.
- The consolidation allows the company to fast-track heritage access and prioritise target drilling across its newly unified gold corridors.
Voltaic Strategic Resources (ASX:VSR) executed an agreement to acquire the remaining 20% interest in the Bundie Bore exploration and prospecting licences from Dynamic Metals (ASX:DYM) to consolidate 100% ownership of the Western Australian tenure.
The full consolidation eliminates the previous joint venture structure where Dynamic Metals held a 20% free-carried interest until the completion of a bankable feasibility study.
"Recognition of the Ark and Noa Corridors as extensions of the NOA gold system transforms the exploration potential at Meekatharra," said Voltaic Strategic Resources Chairman Daniel Raihani.
To settle the transaction, the company issued 2,967,359 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.0337 per share, based on a 20-day volume-weighted average price.
Following the announcement, the Voltaic Strategic Resources share price was unchanged at $0.03.
The acquired project tenements span over 6km of prospective strike length along the Burnakura Shear Zone and lie adjacent to Monument Mining’s Burnakura Gold Camp, which has a historical production history of approximately 500,000 ounces of gold.
The company stated that the successful definition of mineralisation across these corridors would upgrade the total scale potential of its broader Meekatharra Project.
