Voltaic Strategic Resources (ASX:VSR) announced an extension of its Ti Tree earn-in and joint venture agreement, solidifying its partnership with Delta Lithium (ASX:DLI) and Electrostate Malinda.

Originally established in March 2024, the agreement has been extended under its existing terms through to September, providing a stable framework for continued exploration and resource development in a high-potential lithium corridor.

Central to this progress is the completion of comprehensive, wide-spaced regional soil sampling across the Leake Springs Metamorphics within the granted tenure of E09/2503.

Geological interpretations suggest these formations are a direct continuation of the regional rocks hosting the nearby Yinnetharra Malinda Resource—which boasts 21.1Mt at 1% Li₂O—and the Jameson Resource.

By securing this extension, Voltaic ensures it has the necessary runway to thoroughly evaluate the geochemical signatures of these prospective landholdings.

Looking ahead, the company is preparing a comprehensive project update focused on regional surface geochemistry and the status of heritage agreements.

The agreements are a critical hurdle for future expansion; Voltaic anticipates the formal granting of additional regional tenures, specifically E09/3011 (Ti Tree East) and E09/2522 (Ti Tree Central), as soon as these heritage negotiations are finalised.

At the time of reporting, Voltaic Strategic Resources’ share price was $0.040.
