
Vection Technologies signs five-year reseller deal

Vection Technologies (ASX:VR1) signed reciprocal, non-exclusive master reseller agreements with Xerox for an initial five-year term starting June 29.
The frameworks allow both firms to sell complementary tools, pairing Vection's conversational AI and 3D capabilities with Xerox's document processing software.
"These agreements give us a framework to explore opportunities with Xerox where our respective capabilities can complement one another," said Jacopo Merli, executive director and COO.
The primary commercial focus covers Western Europe with priority targets in manufacturing, defence, healthcare, and retail.
Neither party disclosed client-specific pricing, order values, or minimum revenue commitments.
Following the announcement, the Vection Technologies share price was up at $0.019.
The technology firm develops software tools for enterprise digital transformation.
The company recently secured a $7.5 million framework agreement alongside a $1.2 million government grant.
