Vection Technologies (ASX:VR1) has secured a $3.2 million order from Italian enterprise information technology services firm Retelit Digital Services to supply two purpose-built artificial intelligence hardware units.
The financial impact of the transaction will be entirely recorded within the company's fiscal year 2026 results following the successful completion of a formal testing and certification process on June 30.
The dedicated hardware appliances running the Algho platform have been installed at Retelit's DC Avalon 3 data centre to power automated agents and model services for business and government clients across Italy.
Retelit has certified the company as an official technology provider, which means the Algho platform will be used to build and deliver digital services to its entire client base going forward.
Following the announcement, the Vection Technologies share price was up at $0.02.
The development follows a series of commercial expansions by the software provider as it seeks to deploy its proprietary digital transformation systems across global industrial sectors.
The company maintains an active international network with operations spanning Australia, Italy, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates to service its growing commercial portfolio.
