Tivan reports high grade fluorite assay results
- Tivan returned broad intersections of high-grade fluorite mineralisation from its Stage 2 drilling programme at the Sandover Fluorite Project.
- The exploration campaign successfully confirmed mineralisation continuity across multiple target reefs.
- The company aims to establish long-term acid-grade fluorspar production across its Northern Territory and Western Australian projects.
Tivan (ASX:TVN) completed a 58-hole reverse circulation drilling programme for 5,884m at its 100%-owned Sandover Fluorite Project in the Northern Territory.
The Stage 2 campaign followed initial Stage One drilling from February 2026 to test target reefs at depth.
The completed programme delivered a highest-grade intersection of 3m at 74.3% from a depth of 28 metres.
The company stated that all 58 drill holes intersected fluorite mineralisation across approximately 2.25km of outcrop.
Following the announcement, the Tivan share price was unchanged at $0.24.
Tivan stated that it plans to develop an exploration target and prepare for future maiden mineral resource estimate drilling.
The group stated that its strategic goal is to become a long-term producer of acid-grade fluorspar via its Sandover and Speewah assets.
