TerraCom (ASX:TER) announced the resignation of its CFO and company secretary, Jen Williams, effective immediately.

Despite the immediate nature of the announcement, the company confirmed that Williams will remain in her position throughout her notice period to facilitate a stable transition.

The period allows the board to initiate a comprehensive recruitment process to identify a successor for these dual critical roles.

Williams joined the executive team on Aug. 7, 2025, and her tenure has been defined by a strengthening of the company's internal governance and compliance frameworks.

Her most notable achievement was spearheading TerraCom’s recent recapitalisation, which culminated in a successful $60 million equity raising.

The capital injection has been credited with substantially enhancing the company's balance sheet and providing a robust platform for long-term strategic growth.

Williams expressed pride in the company’s improved financial footing, while the board of directors lauded her "critical role" in fortifying TerraCom’s stability.

While the specific reasons for her departure were not disclosed in the market update, the tone remains professional and collaborative, with the board offering its gratitude for her contributions to the firm's recent financial turnaround.

At the time of reporting, TerraCom’s share price was $0.082.
