TerraCom (ASX:TER) announced the immediate appointment of Richard Clarke as its interim CFO and company secretary.

Clarke, who has served as the company’s Head of Finance and Commercial since October 2025, steps into the dual executive roles with immediate effect, bringing an extensive professional background to the firm's upper management team.

In his previous capacity at TerraCom, Clarke was responsible for overseeing the financial and commercial operations of the Blair Athol mine, a key asset located in Clermont, Queensland.

As a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience spanning corporate finance, accounting, capital raising, and debt financing, his background is heavily rooted in the Australian mining sector.

His career includes senior finance and leadership positions at major listed coal mining entities, including Bowen Coking Coal, Glencore, Peabody, and BHP.

Welcoming the appointment, TerraCom interim CEO Chris Bourke expressed strong confidence in the transition.

He noted that Clarke’s established experience within the organisation would provide valuable support to both the executive team and the board as they navigate the company's next financial phase.

At the time of reporting, TerraCom’s share price was $0.071.
