TerraCom appoints Richard Clarke as CFO

• TerraCom appointed Richard Clarke as CFO and company secretary, effective immediately.

• The company appointed Clarke to lead its financial strategy, governance agenda, and long-term growth.

TerraCom (ASX:TER) appointed Richard Clarke as CFO and company secretary, bringing over 20 years of sector experience.

He previously served as interim CFO since May 29 after joining TerraCom as head of finance in October 2025.

"The board is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard as CFO and company secretary," said TerraCom Chairman of the Board Andy Coles.

The company stated that its CEO selection process remains ongoing, with Chris Bourke continuing as interim CEO.

Following the announcement, the TerraCom share price was unchanged at $0.063.

TerraCom operates as a mining producer with coal assets located across Australia and South Africa.

Clarke previously held senior financial roles at major resources companies, including BHP, Rio Tinto, Peabody, Glencore, and Bowen Coking Coal.
