Stakk completes acquisition of ParaScript for US$63M

Stakk (ASX:SKK) has finalised its acquisition of ParaScript for US$63 million in a cash and scrip transaction.

The company reported that its FY26 revenue grew by 1,098% prior to completing this transaction.

Stakk Director Arthur Lo said, "The completion of the ParaScript acquisition establishes Stakk as a scaled, profitable and internationally relevant AI technology group at a time when the need for effective Digital Trust infrastructure has never been greater."

The transaction was funded in part through a $27 million institutional placement supported by director and management participation.

Following the announcement the Stakk share price was unchanged at $0.017.

The combined business now serves more than 300 enterprise customers across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia.

The platform processes over 110 billion annual digital interactions by pairing thirty years of document intelligence with real-time fraud prevention.
