Stakk (ASX:SKK) has executed an agreement to acquire 100% of U.S.-based ParaScript for US$63 million.

This transaction will add more than 100 billion digital interactions annually to the company's proprietary intelligence platform.

The company stated that the combined business is expected to report pro forma FY26 revenue of circa $41.3 million.

Stakk stated that combined revenue is expected to increase to approximately $55.2 million in FY27.

Following the announcement, the Stakk share price was down at $0.025.

The business secured firm commitments for a $27 million institutional placement to help fund the deal.

Stakk previously secured a client win in the U.S. healthcare sector to increase its revenue run rate.
