
SRG Global reports $1.68B in FY26 revenue
- SRG Global delivered FY26 financial results that included a 27% increase in revenue to $1.68 billion.

SRG Global (ASX:SRG) reported a 27% revenue increase to $1.68 billion for FY26.
The $170.1 million underlying EBITDA exceeded the company’s upgraded June guidance of $164 million to $168 million.
The business transitioned from a $52.5 million net debt following the TAMS acquisition to $6.2 million in net cash.
SRG Managing Director David Macgeorge said, "SRG Global has a record Work in Hand of $5.1 billion, up 42% on FY25, and is well positioned for long-term growth with end-to-end asset life cycle capability in key sectors such as water, energy, resources, transport, defence, ports/marine, health, education and data centres."
The board declared a fully franked final dividend of 4 cents per share, bringing the total dividend to 7 cents per share.
The final dividend is payable on Sept. 11 to shareholders on record as of Aug. 28.
As management targets further earnings growth, following the announcement, the SRG Global share price was down at $3.62.
The company stated its recently acquired TAMS division is fully integrated and delivered beyond the initial business case.
Management stated its $5.1 billion work pipeline supports upgrading FY EBITDA guidance between $195 million and $205 million.
