SHAPE Australia (ASX:SHA) announced a stellar business update for the 2026 financial year, projecting financial and operational outperformance.

Driven by a diversification strategy and the strategic acquisition of Arden, the company is on track to deliver record-breaking results across all primary metrics.

Total project wins have reached an unprecedented $1.16 billion as of 30 April 2026, already eclipsing the full-year figures for FY25.

The momentum is reflected in the company's revenue forecast, which is expected to land between $1.18 billion and $1.23 billion, marking a 22.8% increase over the previous year.

Profitability remains equally strong, with net profit after tax estimated to grow by approximately 47%, reaching a range of $30 million to $32 million.

The company’s modular operations have seen revenue more than double to $63 million, while the education sector now accounts for 22% of revenue.

Data centre refurbishments have surged from less than 1% of the business in FY25 to over 10% of total revenue.

With a backlog of orders exceeding $680 million and a forward pipeline valued at $4.2 billion, SHAPE maintains exceptional visibility heading into FY27.
