Regener8 Resources (ASX:R8R) announced an expansion of its portfolio by entering into a binding agreement to acquire 100% of the Srebrenica North Project in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The strategic move places the Perth-based explorer in the heart of the Tethyan Metallogenic Belt, a region renowned for hosting world-class polymetallic deposits.
The project is uniquely positioned between two established operations owned by Mineco: the high-grade Sase Mine and the producing Veliki Majdan Mine, providing immediate infrastructure and geological validation.
The Srebrenica North Project represents a rare opportunity to apply modern exploration techniques to a district that has seen little activity since the 1970s, despite a mining history dating back to medieval times.
