Leading health imaging company Pro Medicus (ASX:PME) announced that its wholly-owned United States subsidiary, Visage Imaging, signed a seven-year contract valued at $23 million with St Luke's Health System.
The agreement follows a steady sequence of North American client acquisitions for the company's cloud-based platform over recent reporting periods.
"St Luke's provides outstanding, community-based care to patients across southern Idaho, eastern Oregon and northern Nevada," said Pro Medicus CEO Dr Sam Hupert.
Planning for the rollout is scheduled to begin immediately using Visage's cloud-based implementation process, with a target go-live date set for the first quarter of 2027.
The company expects the transaction-based licensing model to provide additional revenue potential as network usage expands over the seven-year term.
Following the announcement, the Pro Medicus share price was up at $183.40.
