Netwealth (ASX:NWL) reported a 16.2% increase in net profit after tax to $135.4 million for the 2026 financial year.

The financial result compares with performance from the prior financial year, excluding First Guardian expenses.

Total funds under administration reached $138.8 billion as of Aug. 21, supported by year-to-date net flows of $2 billion.

The company stated that newly delivered capabilities expand the range of clients and markets it can serve.

Following the announcement, the Netwealth Group share price was down at $21.15.

Full-year total dividends increased 9.1% to 42 cents per share. For FY27, the company eyes FUA net flows of between $18 and $20 billion.

Netwealth operates as a financial provider of integrated platform, technology, and data solutions.

The business recently launched Netwealth Private and an Individual HIN capability, which led to an agreement with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Australia.
