Monvia (ASX:MNV) has signed a three-year teaming agreement with Capgemini Australia to jointly target life insurance and superannuation opportunities in Australia and New Zealand.
The new deal establishes a framework to pursue sector clients, contrasting with typical individual contracts by requiring separate customer agreements to generate specific commercial commitments.
"By combining Monvia’s platform and domain expertise with Capgemini’s implementation capability, industry experience and delivery scale, we believe the parties will be well positioned to pursue selected opportunities and offer clients a strong combination of technology and delivery expertise," stated Monvia CEO Simon Bright.
The transaction features an initial three-year duration that automatically renews for successive one-year terms unless terminated under its contractual provisions.
The agreement aims to streamline digital transformation across wealth management institutions while expanding market access.
Following the announcement, the Monvia share price was unchanged at $0.96.
The enterprise technology provider recently listed on the Australian Securities Exchange in July to support its regional expansion goals.
