Monvia (ASX:MNV) has commenced trading on the ASX following a $17.5 million initial public offering.
The issue of 15,909,090 shares at $1.10 each gives the business an indicative market valuation of $103.5 million.
The company stated its flagship cloud platform provides core operational software to major life insurance providers.
Monvia reported pro forma revenue of $27.1 million for FY25 and expects FY26 revenue of $27.4 million.
Net proceeds will support international expansion and marketing efforts and provide $7.5 million in pro forma working capital.
Following the announcement, the Monvia share price was unchanged at $1.10.
The business accelerated its growth strategy after launching its SaaS platform in 2021 and changing ownership in 2025.
