  • Iltani Resources reported positive assay results from nine reverse circulation drill holes at its Orient Project in Queensland.
  • The company's stock rose 1.09% following the announcement.
  • Iltani Resources aims to update its mineral resource estimate in late 2026 before completing a scoping study.

Iltani Resources (ASX:ILT) received drill results that confirmed expanded mineralisation at its Orient Project in North Queensland.

The new drilling results extend the known strike length and demonstrate potential to upgrade the existing mineral resource.

The company reported that drillhole ORR182 delivered an intercept of 71m at 81 grammes per tonne silver equivalent from 133m depth.

Iltani Resources stated that an updated Orient mineral resource estimate is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Following the announcement, the Iltani Resources share price was up at $0.48.

The explorer plans to execute additional drilling prior to the wet season to evaluate targets outside current resource boundaries.

Data from the updated resource estimate will directly inform the project's scoping study scheduled for completion in early 2027.
