High-Tech Metals (ASX:HTM) entered into a binding ore purchase agreement with Forrestania Resources (ASX:FRS) to supply and process gold-bearing ore.
The agreement follows ongoing efforts by regional explorers to secure processing pathways for Western Australian mineral deposits.
High-Tech’s Executive Director, Cristian Moreno, commented, “Access to existing processing infrastructure provides another pathway for HTM to assess the value of its gold assets without the capital requirements of a standalone processing facility.”
Under the terms of the deal, High-Tech Metals will provide ore to be processed through the Edna May processing facility.
The contract provides a framework for future ore supply while High-Tech Metals advances its project pipeline.
Following the announcement, the High-Tech Metals share price was unchanged at $0.25.
High-Tech Metals is a West Australian mineral exploration company focused on developing gold and critical metal assets across the region.
The company holds key exploration projects, including the Mt Eureka and Mt Fisher gold targets in Western Australia.
