The acquisition expands the company's ground position across the Mosquito Creek Basin in East Pilbara.
Commercial terms specify $50,000 cash, $200,000 in shares at $0.035, and a 1% net smelter royalty.
Following the announcement the Helix Resources share price was unchanged at $0.038.
Historical drilling across the acquired footprint remains concentrated along two specific structural corridors.
The regional mineral endowment contains an estimated 2.4–2.5 million ounces of combined historical production and resources.
