Dicker Data (ASX:DDR) formalised its senior leadership structure, following a strategic review by the People and Culture Committee aimed at bolstering long-term economic alignment.

The announcement confirms the appointment of Fiona Brown as managing director.

Brown, who assumed the role of executive chair following the resignation of founder David Dicker in May 2025, will now hold both titles.

In her capacity as managing director, she remains responsible for the company’s strategic direction, resource allocation, and major growth initiatives, including potential acquisitions.

To align her interests with the broader executive team, the board has introduced a long-term incentive package for Brown, though she will not participate in the short-term incentive programme.

At the time of reporting, Dicker Data’s share price was $9.24.
