Dicker Data acquires Sektor for NZ$138M

Dicker Data (ASX:DDR) has entered into a binding agreement to acquire 100% of technology distributor Sektor Group for NZ$138 million.

The acquisition provides immediate operational expansion into key South-East Asian markets such as Thailand and Malaysia.

The company stated that the transaction is expected to be earnings accretive in its FY26 year ending Dec. 31.

The purchase price equals approximately $111.8 million on a cash-free, debt-free, and normalised working capital basis.

Following the announcement, the Dicker Data share price was unchanged at $15.57.

Sektor employs approximately 230 total staff, including 60 workers located across its South-East Asian operations.

The deal grants access to Sektor's reseller network while expanding cybersecurity and point-of-sale product offerings across Australia and New Zealand.
