Credit Clear (ASX:CCR) reported a 28% revenue increase to $60 million for the financial year ended June 30.
The top-line total surpassed the previously issued company guidance range of $59 million.
The company attributed these financial outcomes to organic expansion alongside initial contributions from its recent European acquisitions.
Underlying EBITDA rose 41% to $9.5 million to $10.5 million range.
Following the announcement, the Credit Clear share price was unchanged at $0.13.
Management noted that recent entry into the UK market establishes a key operational base for future international operations.
Audited financial results and an investor presentation are scheduled for release on Aug. 27.
