- The International Air Transport Association released a $65 million security guarantee back to Corporate Travel Management.
- The announcement improved investor sentiment, supporting stability in the travel provider's valuation.
- The decision follows the completion of the company's financial assessment and will boost working capital.
Corporate Travel Management (ASX:CTD) announced that the International Air Transport Association released a $65 million security guarantee following the completion of its financial assessment.
The temporary guarantee and adjusted settlement cycles were originally introduced in December 2025 while the company finalised its FY25 financial statements.
"IATA’s decision is an important milestone for CTM, following the successful completion of its latest financial assessment of the company," said Corporate Travel Management Managing Director and Group CEO Ana Pedersen.
The restoration of previous settlement cycles is expected to improve working capital by approximately $30 million without disrupting client travel arrangements.
Following the announcement, the Corporate Travel Management share price was up at $2.69.
The agreement reflects an ongoing effort to stabilise balance sheet operations after previous reporting delays.
