The board of BlueScope Steel (ASX:BSL) has formally knocked back a revised $14.2 billion takeover bid from Seven Group (ASX:SGH) and US-based Steel Dynamics.

Engineering group Monadelphous (ASX:MND) reported a revenue of $1.53 billion in the half year to Dec. 31, 2025, representing a 45.6% increase in the prior year.
