Brixmor Seeing Continued Consumer Traffic, Tenant Growth

Brixmor Property Group reported upbeat second quarter sales this week, seeing strong leasing spreads, record small shop occupancy, and more. Analysts from Evercore ISI and Stifel raised their forecasts on the company after earnings results.
