ASX (ASX:ASX) announced that CFO Andrew Tobin has advised the board of his intention to retire following a four-year tenure leading the finance function.
Tobin joined the exchange operator in 2022 to oversee finance, treasury, strategy, and corporate affairs during a period of operational transformation.
"Andrew has made a significant contribution over the past four years as ASX navigated a demanding operating environment," said ASX Interim CEO Darren Yip.
Tobin agreed to continue serving as CFO while incoming CEO Anthony Attia leads the search for a permanent successor ahead of his September 1 start date.
Following the announcement, the ASX share price was unchanged at $55.01.
The leadership shift comes as the market operator manages key technology upgrades across its core clearing and settlement infrastructure.
The incoming executive team will focus on aligning financial strategy with long-term digital modernisation priorities.
