Arena REIT leadership transition announced for November

Arena REIT (ASX:ARF) has appointed Adam Tindall as chair elect following independent non-executive director and Chair David Ross's decision to retire after the annual general meeting on Nov. 20.

Since its listing on the ASX in June 2013 under Ross's leadership, the property trust expanded its property assets while delivering compound annual distribution growth of 7% per annum.

"I am confident that Adam’s skills, experience and leadership will position the Board well to provide the stewardship and oversight required to support Arena through its next phase," said Arena REIT Chair David Ross.

Incoming Chair Adam Tindall brings over 35 years of investment management and real estate experience, having served as CEO of AMP Capital alongside executive roles at Macquarie Capital and Lendlease.

Following the announcement the Arena REIT share price was unchanged at $2.16.

Arena REIT manages a $2 billion portfolio focused on essential community social infrastructure properties across Australia.
